Important Information

• We only charge you when we ship: We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
• We do provide a backorder service: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will only be charged for your backorders when they are sent (no secondary postage is charged on backorders).
• We provide fast delivery: We will dispatch orders placed before 3pm GMT on the same day. UK customers can expect their purchases to arrive in 1-3 working days.
• Weekend delivery: There is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday or any bank holidays.
• You may be required to provide a signature upon delivery: The signature does not have to be the account holder, just the person accepting the parcel.
• Always check the conditions of the parcel before signing: If there's damage, please refuse the delivery & contact us immediately.
• If you are not at the address when the parcel is delivered: If you are not in and the courier is unable to leave the parcel in a safe & secure place, they will leave a card notifying you of the time they attempted the delivery. Please contact them to arrange to have the parcel re-delivered. Couriers will attempt to deliver the parcel three times - if unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned back to Sportfish.
• Next day delivery service: Orders placed on the Friday on a next day delivery will be delivered on the Monday. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
• Shipping of Gas: Due to new laws governing the transportation of hazardous materials, we are unfortunately unable to ship any items containing gas canisters to any overseas destinations, Northern Ireland & The Highlands in the UK

Next Day Delivery Upgrade (Delivered by DPD signed for service - signature required)
Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday to receive the parcel the next working day.  Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday. Next day delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. Note - excludes Highlands and Islands (see definition of restrictions): £8.99

We use a variety of couriers to ship non-UK orders, you will be advised in your order dispatch confirmation of the courier and tracking information. You can track Royal Mail shipments here, DPD shipments here and UPS shipments here.

International customers will be pleased to know that we can arrange delivery of your purchases worldwide with reasonably low prices and high reliability. We will only charge you the best rates available to us - these are checked against different providers regularly to ensure the best rate available.
