COVID-19 Coronavirus Updates

Sportfish continues to monitor government advice in relation to the current pandemic and to ensure the wellbeing of staff and customers, our Winforton and Sportfish Game Fishing Centre stores are currently closed to the public. We continue to operate our online and mail order services, along with a call and collect facility at Winforton, details of which may be found on the Winforton Store Page.

ONLINE ORDERING AND ASSISTANCE

All our products are still available to purchase online, or by telephone on 01544 327 111, and we have stringent procedures in place to ensure our team is able to process and despatch orders safely and to offer our usual exceptional standard of customer service.

Please be aware that because of these precautions our normal shipping times may be subject to delay and we may not able offer guaranteed next day delivery.

ORDER DELIVERY

Please be aware that because of reduced staff numbers, and the occasional need for team members to self–isolate, our normal shipping times may be subject to delay. Also, we may not be able to offer our next day delivery service at all times, if this service is available it will show as an optional upgrade during the checkout stages.

Additionally, our couriers also have policies in place to ensure safe delivery and there may be delays with service that are beyond Sportfish‘s control, particularly during the busy Christmas period. Please refer to their latest updates below.

If you are an overseas customer, please note that all parcels may be subject to additional delays. This is due to the fact that all parcels are being collected and stored at central depots until there is enough volume of shipments going to the designated country to make it viable. We apologise for this additional delay and thank you for understanding during these difficult times.

FISHING

With Berkshire now under the government‘s new tier four regulations we regret that fishing at Haywards Farm Lake at the Sportfish Game Fishing Centre is not currently permitted. We will continue to monitor advice and reopen when it is safe to do so.
