Customer Accounts

To log in to your account you will need to enter the email address you registered with along with the password you chose, then click Sign In.  This then takes you through to My Account. Here you will be able to amend and update all the following information:

  • Change Password: This is where you can change the password for your online account.
  • Personal Details: This is where you can view or change your name, telephone number and email address.
  • Order History: This will show you all the orders that you have placed on the website with Sportfish.  It will show all orders that have been sent and also any orders that have been cancelled.  It will show you the order numbers, dates that order was placed, total price of the order, the status of the order and you can view each of the orders in detail.
  • Address Details: This section you can manage your address book. You can alter or change your address if you have moved house, also add different billing and delivery addresses.
  • Store Credit: This is where you can redeem your online E Vouchers and also check the balance of your store credit.  When the E Vouchers have been submitted on to your internet account the store credit will remain available so you can always check how much store credit is left.

All the above sections of My Account can only be changed by the account holder.
