These are perfect for what I needed fishing from the rocks and shore but they rubbed my heels so badly honestly I think they are going in the bin and I will stick with Simms. The way they are designed is the heel is stiff neoprene so after walking some distance they start to rub and rub badly. I will try them with a lightweight wading sock but this rather loses the point of a lightweight trainer that you can walk and fish in.
