A new, entirely upgraded yet utterly classic Superfine Trout Bum. Your rod of choice for those wild, sassy brookies, cutts, rainbows, and goldens found in remote mountain brooks and hidden spring creeks. Now lighter and stronger than ever—made for the first time with our exclusive thermoset thermoplastic resins found in the T3 and Zero G. It also sports entirely upgraded hardware with a maple wood and cork inlay reel seat, and a superfine tapered cork grip with our signature overwrap from cork to graphite. Plus a gorgeous olive finish with gold wraps, nickel-silver reel seat hardware, titanium nitride snake guides, and a gold cermet stripping guide.

    Beautifully finished

I fish narrow, at times fast running rivers, and this rod is a hugely enjoyable piece of workmanship. It took me some time to get used to the slow action, but now I am hooked. Perfect for casts to within 8-12 yards, but capable of more if needed. The quality and finish of the rod just cry out to be used!

    8ft for a 4

i have both the 8 for a #4 and the 7.9 for a 3#, both are very different, i use the 4# for lake fishing, its brillaint fun and can handle fish 4 and 5 pounds but it is a fair scrap.
