Ordering Online

To order online with Sportfish please go to the Homepage.
On the left hand side is a search box and category navigation designed to make it easy for you to find the product you're looking for. You can either search for the product by typing in the name or if you have the catalogue code of the product and clicking search or alternativly you can click on the menus below which will gradually narrow down to the product you're looking for.
Once you have found something you would like to purchase click on the "Add To Basket" orange button which is below the price of the item. This takes you then in to the shopping basket, from here you can either choose to continue shopping if there is more products that you need or you can "Proceed To Checkout" which can be found at the bottom right hand side of the page.
Also when in the shopping basket you can alter the quantity of the item or remove any item from your basket. If you have changed anything in your shopping basket then you will need to click on the "Update" green button.
When in the shopping basket and you have a promotional voucher from us - "thank you" or "welcome" which entitles you to money off your order then you need to enter the code in the box which says "Do you have a Promotional Code?" and then press the green button which says "Apply". This will then reduce the total of your order.
Once you have proceeded to checkout this then takes you through to the Sign In or Register page.
Being a new customer then you will need to click on the "Register" button. This takes you to "New Customer Registration" page. Fill in the required fields then press register. Here you input your address, telephone number ect. You will need to fill in all the fields with a (*) as these are mandatory and then press "Submit"
Lastly you come to the Confirm & Pay page.
Here you can check the products and the billing and delivery addresses are correct for the order. You can also change your delivery type if you require a next day delivery by clicking on the dropdown on the Delivery Options and then press Update. There is an extra charge for next day delivery (see delivery charges)
At the bottom of the Confirm & Pay page is the Payment Details fields that need to be added by yourself. All fields with a *() are mandatory.
Press the button "Place Your Order" and you then get a page showing your order number. An email will then be sent to yourself confirming your whole order with Sportfish.
