The Cortland 444 Classic Floating Fly Line is a great fly line for beginners, but as for an advanced angler who fishes everyday like I do it is great out of the box and very evenly weighted and casts well fishes well with no kinks for the first thirty outings and then starts to coil up whilst your trying to fish.
If you`re a angler who fishes everyday, I highly recommend the Rio Gold intouch fly line. If you`re an angler who fishes once a week, I think you will enjoy using this line and it will last you a good long while!
I do recommend this line for beginners, Its cheap, its easy loading, Its excellent value for money and comes with a welded loop on the front.
