I ordered an 8ft brook rod from Sportfish and it arrived yesterday but when I took the rod out of its rod tube it was broken in two places (Broken in transit) so I rang Sportfish straight away to report it and believe it or not ten minuets later the courier was back to pick up the damaged rod and at 2pm this afternoon a replacement rod arrived from Sportfish. Now thats what I call customer service.

I would like to thank you and your staff, for replacing my wading boots. A new pair of boots arrived with studs fitted,I appreciate the gesture of replacing them after some considerable time.

... I too am very very happy with the service I've had from Sportfish. Its a case of getting what you pay for, they may not be the cheapest, but there is no contant mucking about with them. Its stress free dealing with them - its worth it.

I must admit I have only recently started to use Sportfish and I must say they are good.
I decided to upgrade my tying tools and made a couple of orders, delivered next day superb.
