Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly exchange or refund your unused purchase if you return it within 14 days of receipt.
Unused or defective merchandise may be returned to Winforton Store at any time with a receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt or gift receipt.
Exchange goods may incur a further postal charge.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
